SIDCO builds energy efficient homes in the Bay Area. Our homes incorporate renewable energy and net-zero/passive house standards to provide comfortable and healthy living environments. We use gray water systems to conserve and recycle water. SIDCO homes are equipped with solar panels, EVC stations, and leases on electric vehicles to promote clean transportation. Founder and CEO Mohan Mahal attended COP21 in Paris and has worked with Dr. Wolfgang Feist, founder of the Passive House Institute.
