In 2013 through 2018, Cleantech Open formed a partnership with the United Nations International Development Organization (UNIDO), the Global Environment Facility (GEF) to form the Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (GCIP). This program is focused on enhancing both emerging cleantech startups in each country and the local entrepreneurial ecosystem and policy framework.
